You unleash a terrible cry of malice and anger. The very air darkens with black energy as your cry echoes away from you.
The darkness created by this spell causes excruciating pain and terror in any it touches. Each creature takes 1d4 points of shadow damage per caster level (maximum 15d4) and becomes panicked for 1 round per caster level. A successful Will save halves the damage, reduces the panicked effect to shaken, and reduces the duration of the shaken effect to 1 round.
