A creature protected by endure heat suffers no harm from being in a cold environment. The target is treated as if it had Fire Resistance 10 for the purposes of determining its level of protection against hot environments. This means that the creature can typically exist comfortably in conditions as hot as 100 degrees Fahrenheit without having to make Fortitude saves.
Starting at 7th level, the target is treated as if it had Fire Resistance 20 (protecting it up to 115 degrees Fahrenheit). Starting at 11th level, the target is treated as if it had Fire Resistance 30 (up to 130 degrees Fahrenheit).
Endure heat doesn’t provide any protection from fire damage, nor does it protect against other environmental hazards such as smoke, lack of air, and so forth. The benefits of this spell do not stack with the benefits of actually possessing Fire resistance for determining a creatures level of protection against hot environments.
