You imbue the area with negative energy so powerful it sparks against any positive energy used to heal a creature in the area. Anyone in the area who attempts to use positive energy to heal a creature must succeed on a caster level check DC 11 plus your caster level (for supernatural abilities, creatures use their HD as their caster level when making this check). If the check fails, the healing is prevented and instead deals arcane damage to each of the effects targets equal to the effects caster level (or HD if a supernatural ability) instead of its normal effect.
Unless otherwise specified, any spell or effect that heals a living being is assumed to be positive energy (GM discretion).
